La regadera estaba un poco sucia, la alberca estaba sucia también pero la limpiaron

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’esthétique et le design de la villa.

La piscine est très sale et peu entretenue, malgré l’intervention de la maintenance et la remise à niveau de l’eau, une odeur particulière est restée tout le long de notre séjour, ce qui nous a pas mis en confiance pour nous baigner. La villa est peu équipée en vaisselle, pour une famille de 4 il a fallu s’adapter et le linge de maison était propre mais taché, on regrette l’absence de tapis de bain. L’accès se fait par une route empierrée , il convient de prévoir un véhicule adapté.

Pros: • You can truly experience the jungle since the houses are far from civilization. • The house was spacious with very comfortable beds. • You don’t even need to go into town—there’s a grill, so if you stock up on groceries, it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time away from people. • Large fridge, ice maker, and a well-equipped kitchen made cooking easy.

Cons: • There was a noticeable musty smell, which could be an issue for those sensitive to it. • No dish soap was provided. • The washing machine didn’t work, and we weren’t informed about it beforehand. This was disappointing since having laundry facilities was one of the reasons we chose this place.

Location, while remote, is beautiful and quiet. Villa is in good condition and everything works as it should. Staff is friendly, communicative and amicable. Pool was nice.

Kitchen coud use a regular size pot and ice machine and coffee machine should be cleaned after visits. Hand soaps in bathrooms should be replenished. Got a noise complaint from a neighbor while playing music quietly (less than 20 db).

Nothing this place was the worst place and a scam! If you’re going to Tulum do not go here! You’ve been warned!

They called the police and had me removed in the middle of the night. (They could have asked) but they had me removed for my religion. Booking.com even gave me my money back. You’ve been warned don’t book here

Exquisite villa with plunge pool. Beautifully decorated, lots of amenities. Quiet. In a gated compound. 24/7 security and wonderful caretaker who will welcome you and show you how things work. Villa is spotless. Serene and extremely comfortable. WiFi was super fast. Even a water cooler with ice cold and hot water. Separate icemaker and Nutribullet. Plenty of kitchen gadgets, microwave, etc. Always a quick, positive response from owners and caretaker. Mostly by messaging. Separate washer/dryer in outside shed. 2nd floor guest suite with bathroom and private entry. Nicely equipped with King bed, fridge, flat screen TV, etc. Main master bedroom is beautifully equipped with a King bed, flat screen TV. Beautiful bathroom with large shower and tons of towels. It is not easy to find, so use your GPS to get here. About 15-20 minutes to Tulum town and fancy Chedraui Supermarket. Roads are a little rough but can be managed. I was a solo woman and did just fine. All dirt roads but OK to navigate. A rental car is an absolute must. I wanted quiet and to be away from tourists and noise. If privacy is your thing and you want to enjoy solitude, this is the place. The owners are wonderful and I plan to return again.

I loved everything. I give it 5 stars. Perfect vacation. I will be back!

Well located, between playa del Carmen and Tulum. Rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped.
