Leone Apartment with Garden by Wonderful Italy

the house is equipped with good kitchen staff and there are everything to cook or store in refrigerator. if there is no problem with wifi, it is good in general. garden is great. this is one of the good points that the apartment has.

late checkin is a great problem. its 11-12 in general everywhere. I asked for early checkin and agreed for 13:00. then at a last minute I am sent a message for 14:00-14-30. and I am able to get into house around 15:00. Its a huge delay and waiting time. asking questions from whatsapp link or calling the given number is taking so much time. the responses always delayed. we had an electricity problem in the apartment and it is taking a lot to reach someone and manuals are not detailed enough. customer service is too slow. parking is a problem in the neighbourhood and if you have a car, its recommended to park in a garage which is a long work for everyday. neighbourhood is a developing area but not touristic. for sicily, its better to stay elsewhere rather than catania. bed is comfortable but sleeping on coach is not comfortable at all. there is a constant sound of security devices in front of the door during the night. the house was not clean when we checked in. bathroom was dirty and we had to clean first before we use it. For such a service and stay, its too expensive.

-The owners were lovely and they provide you with everything you need for your stay. Even drinks,some food and a lot of amazing sweets were available for us ❤️

-The welcome agents were great ,but the service during the stay that should be given by the agency Wonderful Italy was pretty much non-existent. -The apartment is amazing,but I would not recommend it for a family,as the sofa in the living room is not that comfortable and the kitchen is within the living room. The bed in the bedroom is great though.

Beautiful apartment with an even nicer garden. A bit far from the center and in an area that’s still evolving but when your inside it’s a great oasis. Unfortunately the company that runs it gives a poor service- takes a long time to answer messages ; there is no emergency telephone number and only respond to messages between 10 and 18h (so you’d better not have an issue after that time) and require you lots of filling up forms and to tell them Times of arrival and departure but then had me waiting outside for more than 15 mins in arrival when I had already written from the airport. Luckily the owner is much nicer and effective - he should run the place himself .
