منطقة بعيدة قليلا عن المركز والشارع الرئيسي الحجز كان تخت كبير وبالحقيقة كان السريرين مفردين وقريبن على بعضهم العزل بالغرف كان سيء لكن كل هذه السلبيات تقدر بتعاون موظفين الاستقبال وباقي الاقسام

Location is very good, with decent parking, helpful staff

The breakfast was quite nice

They will Call you before check in and ask if you need a taxi to the hotel. We said yes, and we asked they said the taxi was on the hotel as a nice thank you for booking with them. When we checked out they demanded 50 JOD for the taxi. We were surprised and had to pay it and they wanted it in cash. It only cost a city taxi 20 JOD - so they heavily overcharged us for something they said was free, and would have been much cheaper somewhere else. I asked the hotel if they knew any good rental companies, and they provided me with a company. What I didn’t know is that the company was bad - I was given a car that had technical issues, and when I spoke with the company about returning some of the money I paid, they said I originally paid 220 but I paid 270. It turned out that the hotel staff scammed both me and the car rental company. I gave the money to the hotel - they said I had to do that - and they were suppose to give it to the company. They only gave 220 JOD and I gave them 270 JOD. That means that they pocket the extra 50 JOD that was supposed to be for the rental company. The price of the car was only 220 - that means in total they scammed me of 100 JOD. And the staff is quite hostile - they will pretend they didn’t tell you the taxi was free,. I Hope no one books a stay with them, they will only try to scam you! Stay away from this hotel.

Friendly helpful staff. Nice room, clean. Requested a non-smoking room. Lots of choice for breakfast. Nice swimming pool.

Music around the pool area was a little loud when we wanted just to relax.
