6 Wheelhouse Apartments

The apartment was perfect! We loved all the added details to make you feel even more at home. The place was lovely and everything was very clean.

Location and the area around it

Decoration a little dated.

Very clean and renovated. Good location in town. Free parking out the front. Good size open plan lounge, and kitchen. Small 3 seater dining we didn’t use. Good size bathroom with strange sitting up bathtub have never seen before. Cool but strange. Right next door to Peets restaurant which has great pizza. And Delilah’s just down the street for a great feed. Great personal touch with small welcome signs personalised to my name.

Apartment 6 is on the third floor up stairs no lift/elevator. Be prepared to carry suitcases up three flights. Parking was tight but free and off street.

A lovely apartment to stop in on our NC500 road trip. Very comfortable and relaxing with plenty of equipment. Large TV and lots of cooking implements if needed. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom with a plunge pool (although we didn't try it out!). Very homely and would happily stay again if up in this area in the future.

Had a few issues with closing the windows once we'd opened them! Situated in a nice quiet little town on the loch, but the views front and back from the apartment were a bit disappointing.

Facility excellent next door to very good restaurant quiet and well appointed parking no problem catered for all our needs

Stairs were a problem for us but many would not see this as a concern. The property pluses greatly outweighed this small problem for us

Some fittings - fan, and bedroom light - need attention to ensure they are working properly.

Central location. Beds were clean and comfortable. Host was contactable and proactively arranged for a tradesperson to sort out us not having hot water and was sorted in 24hours. I enjoyed the sit up bath, very unusual.

Six sets of stairs to get to the third floor apartment. No plug in bathroom sink. Need blackout blind in single bedroom. Decor needs a bit of attention.
