I’m very disappointed with this hotel. I paid for a service that was never delivered, and it turned out to be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The photos online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. What we found was a nasty, filthy, and unhygienic environment that made us extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise others to avoid this place, as it does not live up to any reasonable standards of cleanliness or hospitality.

I strongly advise others not to rent this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I had a horrifying experience where I was locked out of the property for four hours at night with my girlfriend — all because of major issues with the check-in process. When I called for help, no one showed up. I was told to wait for a call back that never came, and after 45 minutes of waiting, there was still no solution. We were stranded outside the building, in the middle of the night, feeling unsafe and completely ignored. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with any accommodation. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Whenever i needed any help they were available for the help. Washroom, kitchen and dining room was kept clean so there would be no issue for anyone.
