Hostal La India

L’hostal présente un bon rapport qualité prix, il est proche du sentier pour la India Dormida (100 m du départ). Situé en pleine nature, avec une piscine sympathique après les randonnées. La literie était confortable, l’espace cuisine notamment frigo dans la chambre était très appréciable. Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner, très bien pour le prix de 5,5$ (œufs, bacon, pancakes, café). L’hôte était vraiment gentil et disponible et répondait à toutes nos questions sur l’organisation de notre voyage !

La localisation de l’hostal est quand même un point noir (30 bonnes minutes à pieds du centre ville avec les restaurants, le marché des légumes, le bus etc. Et le supermarché le plus proche à 15 minutes à pieds). L’accès final à l’hostal se compose d’un chemin caillouteux et montant (50 mètres). Les ustensiles de cuisine n’étaient pas complets (nous n’avions que des cuillères), à voir peut-être avec l’hôte, nous avons oublié de le lui préciser à notre départ. À noter, il n’y a pas d’eau chaude pour la douche.

The location was close to the hike trail for India Dormida and the surroundings are peaceful. The room had all the basics provided for us. we liked that we had a pool for ourselves as there were nobody else were there at the beginning. The pool was clean and there was an outside kictchen available for a bbq, but we didn't use it. The cousin of the manager helped me with changing a flat tire, so props for that!

The rooster was keeping us up starting 3.30AM - 4AM so we couldn't get a good night sleep.The room only had cold water and that was not mentioned at all in the description. The room was also very diffcult to keep clean due to the wet surroundings and the floor was not very clean when we arrived. The pillow were very thin and the towels were very old. The second night there, new guests arrived in the evening and kept us awake long after midnight.

The location was so romantic, with the colored houses, the pool and the garden. It's a little outside of town, but that made it nice and quiet. The room has all you need and hot water was very nice. And bring your earplugs, as there are lots of animals making all kinds of sounds at night. As well as the wind blowing.

The outdoor area and the pool was really nice. Close to the India dormida track. Nice owners and you have the feeling you sleep right in the jungle as you are listening to the jungle sounds the whole night.

The equipment and dishes in the kitchen could have been better and a additional cupboard in the kitchen and in the room was missing to put your personal belongings. Cold water only
