Iva´s Central Apartment

We loved the apartment. Very clean and central . The host was very responsive too. Will definitely be back.

Unfortunately the flat was not clean.. we could feel the dirty floor , washing machine was full of some old towels from the previous guests and once we opened a very bad smell spread in the whole flat ( Fungi smell ) , bed sheet were not changed, water kettle is very old, some towels were with stains, microwave was also dirty , the AC is very noisy in the bedroom.. We immediately contacted Iva ( the owner ) and asked her to call the cleaners again to come and do the proper cleaning . Left our luggage in the flat and left . It was obvious that Iva was not aware of the cleaning quality, but i have informed her that she needs to come to Zagreb and check by her own eyes. We were staying for 3 nights and had a small kid with us , it was our last stop after 12 days in Croatia and we counted on the washing machine to wash our clothes, but unfortunately we couldn’t and was difficult just to go and book somewhere else . Iva was very nice and Polite with us and offered us to leave the flat without any cancellation fees , but we refused and insisted that she calls back the cleaner to come and clean , in addition she refunded as an amount from the rent as a compensation immediately through booking . I feel sorry to write all these facts but because we really want the best for Iva , as she really needs to consider a different cleaning service and has to go and check everything small detail in the flat by herself. The flat is very nice but needs more attention and care .

We liked that we felt safe and the feeling was a bit like home. Traveling means these things for us. We really liked Zagreb, Croatia is a pearl and the world is wonderful.

Great place, very well equipped apartment, you are at the center of Zagreb, with plenty of restaurants and bars. The owner was very friendly and helpful!

Traditional apartment with modern furniture. Close to everything yet quiet and homey. Amazing host, would love to come back

Perfect location in the downtown, just on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Apartment is spacious and well equipped.
