"Unfortunate disaster beyond the host's control"

The host was very responsive in a less than ideal situation and did an immediate refund, once it became clear that the water supply would not come back on for the night. The location is great in an area that does not have a lot of options wrt accommodation.

There was no water supply to the unit, due to a burst pipe. This is beyond the host's control though and once informed, she investigated quickly and tried to assist as best she could. The bedroom is very small.
