GBGBGBGBAll mod cons , spacious.. very clean. Quiet area. I left AirPods and the owner actually went above and beyond and brought them to my home at no extra cost asap. Would highly recommend the property to others and would definitely stay again.
Not a criticism, just an observation but the sofa in the front room is very hard and makes for an uncomfortable sit.
GBGreat communication, keycode auto-released on day of travel which is always a bit nerve racking. The flat is quiet, roomy and very clean and I like the thoughtful sachets of coffee and milk - best bring your own for cereals and the like - also shower gels and shampoos put there by the host. It's friendly, chilled and down to earth and easy to nip to shops and Newcastle. It's really a good option.
Some of the painting looks rushed spilling on to fixtures, etc but that's merely looks - the place is clean and comfortable which is the main thing. The street outside needs an urgent visit from Sunderland street cleaners but that's hardly the host's fault.
