Spacious, secure with amazing views.

The property owner did not answer my calls, from when I arrived till when I left. I was stuck outside for a while and then went to go collect the keys as per instruction. I got in and out by chance. Usually a great stay and very happy to stay there but this time I was dissapointed

The property management felt a bit unprofessional, as if students were renting out their place during a holiday period - which wouldn't necessarily be a problem if managed appropriately. E.g., the housekeeper first had to be called to bring the flat keys, although we called the host in advance of our arrival. The flat runs on prepaid electricity, which ran out 2 times during our stay! When booking a property, these are not things I want to deal with. If you know you're hosting guests, load enough electricity so that this is not a problem. Small things, but when staying there for work and returning from a long day with an unknown alarm soundings from somewhere in a cupboard, it easily sours the experience. Furthermore, the bedding needs an upgrade. One room had nice linen/duvet and the other room not.

The apartment had everything one needed. Clean, spacious and neat. The view of the apartment is therapeutic and priceless. Loved the quietness of the place. I could study throughout the weekend. The place is safe and secured with gated areas. The host was just a phone call away and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

House keeping can improve the cleanliness around the main bedroom shower walls and the shower curtain needs to be washed. Water spills to the floor while one is showering. Anyone that is structural issues.

The location of this accommodation was lovely and felt safe, which was a big plus. The interior was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, I did notice dust on surfaces and furniture, which could have been cleaned better. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that affected my stay. The bathroom curtain had visible mould, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the washing machine left stains on all my white clothes, which was very disappointing. Overall, the place had potential, but better maintenance and cleaning would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by the management company for this accommodation. The staff, particularly a representative named Morne, was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel like a burden whenever we requested assistance. Morne was outright rude, dismissive, and repeatedly redirected me to other staff members as if our concerns were an inconvenience. I had booked this stay to assess whether the unit would be suitable for my overseas clients, who often require rentals for 2-3 months at a time. Unfortunately, based on the poor management and lack of professionalism, I A company that treats guests this way is appalling. Extremely dissatisfied
