Sunny Studio with Parking and Private Entrance

The studio was placed centrally between Bristol/Bath and has excellent bus links to both.

Very modern with everything needed to be able to cook a nice meal. Little extras were a lovely touch and the property was very clean.

The only issue was the heat. Property got very hot and although there was a fan provided with ice packs it still was very difficult to sleep.

Very well equipped with good facilities and very clean. They had some nice touches like board games and orange juice. The parking was a nice addition

We stayed for two nights on a bank holiday weekend. The check in was easy and quick with a detailed description of anything we may need like a wifi password, how to use different appliances, recycling and waste bins, etc. Perfect for a short stay and with a good stock of tools and appliances in the kitchen if you want to cook in the flat. A Lidl just a few minutes away. Quiet area and a bonus to have a free space on the driveway for guests to use. Keep in mind if you bring a big car, as that could be a problem. The street is narrow and cars are parking on both sides so it could be tricky to park on the driveway. 20mins driving from Bristol city center and around half an hour from Cheddar area or to visit Somerset north area. Definitely we would recommend it and would stay there again.

We found the bed with a very soft mattress for our taste. In general, the flat was clean but some things need to be checked regularly (stock of shower gel in the bathroom or clean of the kettle as it had a lot of limescale). Also, at least give one shower and hand towel to each guest. We did mention some of these issues and the host was open to help and sort it out. The flat was warm around 25° without using heating although the weather wasn't hot during the days we went. This could be a problem during summer even when they offer a fan if needed.

This studio is so well put together with everything you could need. There's cupboard and drawer space for your belongings, cupboard and fridge space for food and a decent bathroom with walk in shower. The host put fresh milk, coffee grounds and orange juice in the fridge and there were tea, sugar and instant coffee on the shelves along with a couple of pan au chocolat which was a really lovely touch. The studio is well situated with a bus stop nearby in one direction and a supermarket in the other. It was perfect for my weekend of visiting friends in the area and wandering around the city centre!

There's nothing to not like about this little place!

The layout of the accommodation it was very spacious for both of us for 2 nights.. It was clean and tidy and good location too. Would definitely use again, host was nice too gave an early check in and a later check out too.
