"I feel cheated."

Guest house misrepresented the room and then refused a refund. As if that wasn't bad enough they then rented to room to somebody else and offered me an "alternative site".

"Poor"

Dirty, asked them to clean and the staff sent in a cleaner who picked up a tooth paste wrapper left from previous guests and didn’t bother to actually clean the property (cobwebs, dust etc.).
