Durchschnittliches Essen, Betten waren neu, aber man merkt bei der Matratze jede Bewegung des Partners. Straße durch Tsolo hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen, aber dafür kann dad Hotel nichts!

ZAThe room was excellent—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Amenities were easy to access, the staff were available and responsive throughout our stay, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, a great room and a pleasant experience.
Our stay was generally pleasant, but a few operational improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience—especially for larger groups. The bar could benefit from a broader variety of options, as staff appeared unprepared to accommodate certain requests. Given that we were a work group, a bit of foresight in anticipating higher-than-usual demand would have been appreciated. Additionally, with alcohol stock kept locked away, replacements for finished bottles were unavailable, which limited the experience. On the facilities side, the limited availability of basic equipment—such as irons and wine openers—caused some inconvenience. While a small number may be adequate for typical occupancy, it becomes challenging when hosting larger groups who require access at similar times. Overall, attention to these details would elevate the experience and make the venue more suitable for business or group stays.
