The guesthouse is close to where I needed to go during my stay. Staff where friendly. It met my expectations.

There were a few bugs in the room. Nothing major though

Water that was provided

I didn't know how to get it and it took long to get assistance.

The location was ok and it was quite ..with hot water

the bed was not comfortable ,few cockroaches n the room had empty find of liquor underneath the bed..they should fix the curtains

I didn't get all the facilities I booked for

No noise, had my own parkingthe iron and ironing board was provided

Communication Barrier, they hired a foreigner who isn't familiar with the place. Failed to give proper directions to the facility. It took my time trying to locate the place n resulted in being late to where I was going . I dislike poor service

It meets 95% of my standard as a business person.

I checked out a day early, and nobody communicated with me about the refund for my last night.

Wifi was not bad

TV was not working Service was poor
