Mount Canyon Guest Farm

An incredible place to relax and enjoy the surroundings near Fish River Canyon. Our room was located at the base of a beautiful mountain, and we could watch the sunset and the stars through the roof of the room, which was a very special experience. Everything was excellent — the bed, the bathroom, and the food. The hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming, and it was a pleasure talking to them and learning about the history of the farm. They also helped us arrange a doctor in Keetmanshoop, which we truly appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Absolutely stunning location. Truly authentic Namibian experience. Abraham and Rozelle are amazing, friendly, and welcoming hosts. Food was delicious, and the views of the canyon incredible. Highly recommended.

Klimatisierung nicht effektiv

Die einsame Lage der Farm ist wunderschön und der Sundowner Drive in den Canyon war traumhaft! Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr nett. Wir haben ein sehr leckeres, liebevoll zubereitetes Dinner auf der Terrasse gekriegt. Da wir früh aufbrechen mussten, hat uns die Gastgeberin ein sehr leckeres Breakfast Package mit Kaffee zubereitet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gemütlich. Eigentlich wollte ich auf dem Campingplatz nebenan bei der Mutter im Dachzelt schlafen, aber man hat mir angeboten für einen geringen Aufpreis auch auf der Farm zu übernachten, was wir sehr nett fanden!

The location on Shark Island with an ocean view was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the cafe was pleasant. The location was quiet. It is a good location for visiting Kolmanskop. If you stay here, be sure to walk up to the tip of Shark Island (5-10 minutes) to see the Herero monument to be reminded of the horrid history of what has become one of the nicest areas of Luderitz.

Besonderes Erlebnis, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren. Super gastfreundliche Eigentümerin. Gutes Essen und besonderer Pool. Lage zum Canyon ideal. Kleine Empfehlung vor dem Einchecken im süßen Café davor einkehren und die herzliche Mutter der Inhaberin der Farm besuchen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber-Familie! Liebevollstes Frühstück, das wie in 3 Wochen Namibia genießen durften :) Außerdem ein toller Pool und ein Ausflug zum schönen Sonnenuntergang. Wir wären gerne eine Nacht länger geblieben!
