1. Rooms are pathetic, small in size, poorly furnished, furniture is in bad shape, walls need painting, on the whole needs to be refurbished 2. Power situation is worrying 3. No restaurant 4. Menu offerings not available largely 5. Lot's of noise and disturbance outside Rooms Will never recommend this place

CAStaff texted demanding reservation fee be transferred to a bank account after booking was confirmed on booking.com, and said room might not be available without this. Room was very noisy. Staff member asked for phone and attempted to enter a review themselves upon checkout.
INThe staff was cooperative and things were accommodated well. The hotel is 5 min distance from the Mall road and easily accessible. Rooms are spacious enough. We enjoyed our stay.
Heaters were a bit expensive -1k per day so we didn't use it.
INOur room was very comfortable and had such a nice view. The staff was very humble and helpful. They also guided us nearby areas to visit when asked. The food was delicious. We had a great time
