The Eleanor New Orleans

My stay was enjoyable!

I had a wonderful experience this pass weekend. The directions they give you are clear and thorough. I did not see the attendant downstairs, but there was no need for one. They give you the attendant number if needed. All 4 days I didn't have one question or complaint. I loved the garage being attached to the building. If you park on floor 3 on up, you can take the elevator from the garage to your room floor. That was very convenient. The condo was so nice. It felt like home. A very nice home. The layout was perfect in my condo. I can go on about the inside but I'll just say it's nice and everything you need is there.

Great location distance to everything. Good amenities. Rooms, kitchen, and everything was great.

The Eleanor was a nice place to stay the beds was very comfortable it was a good location close to everything the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay

Everything was nice but the only drawback I had was their is not enough storage to put your stuff in and we had 11 peoples in our unit and only 6 face towels there should at least be one complete set of towels per person and I know Eleanor said the parking didn't belong to them but they need to have it where anybody can't get in the parking deck because one of my traveler had a gun stolen out of there car

It was very comfortable n the best experience i had an a hotel. So much room and space the beds were very comfortable and we needed or wanted to was in walking distance. I love the Eleanor and I will be back

Everything was perfect! No issues at all...Everything was exactly as described and accurate as in the listing. Very clean and well maintained...Absolutely going to stay here when back in New Orleans.

We cooked for ourselves

Kitchen fault was off the hinge alone with bedroom ceiling fan falling . Hot tub wasn't working at first but we finally got it started and enjoyed ourselves.

Nice facility - our apartment was clean, modern and great for couples (we had a 3 bed/3bath) so it was great we all had our own space. The common living area was great to hang out.

We had 6 total people staying in the apartment and don't think there was even 6 coffee mugs or glasses. We had to wash these often for our 5 day stay to reuse.

The rooms were amazing but there wasn't any info about things to do. Not even pamplets in the lobby so we really didnt do much. Also the pool closes at 10 wich makes no sense i like to get the kids in bed one is a 15 year old and then go relaxe without them. Last i just did think we should have to pay for parking if we are staying at the eleanor as it was clearly attached and own by them. Why should guest have to pay as much as random people parking for events.also it doesnt really say how much parking is or really if it was payed parking. Maybe in fine print i dont know but it shouldnt be hidden $30 a night per car and we had 2 cars so we payed about $240 for parking not including driving somewhere and having to pay again for that price they should offer a free shuttle for quest anywhere you want to go.
