PHSpotless clean, very polite staff, great facilities, nice location
Food in the resto is ok but not spectacular. Also, staff needs to be reminded to not use their footwear while inside the hotel unit

They failed to meet me at the airport as arranged and was left stranded. Had to take a taxi. Food on the rooftop was excellent. The waiter on my second night was terrible. Forgot multiple items, no follow-up on my order, took forever.

AUthe management was incredibly helpful in accommodating my needs. It was clean, safe and nice facilities, they also provided me with a good tour guide and driver.
the level of english comprehension with some of the staff made it difficult to communicate , they were very kind but lots of confusion
