AUStaff were great. The facility was very clean and fresh. Rooftop bar and restaurant was pleasant.
Location was a little odd, out in the middle of a residential setting. Menu choices at the rooftop restaurant were too western, I would have preferred traditional Timor selections. Our room was fitted with wheelchair accessible facilities in the bathroom, not sure if all rooms are like this but it leads to a lot of water on the floor.

DEThe hotel is modern, clean, and centrally located. Compared on other hotels in Dili its definitely on the higher end. The room is beautiful, nicely design, very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom in particular has great lighting with a door that makes no noise when you close it. The breakfast was delicious! You cannot miss it. Also, make sure to use the rooftop, its beautiful, with a nice atmosphere offering nice views of Dili The staff is very very nice and try their best to help
The staff tries really hard to help but sometimes there is a language barrier, but they are being trained

It was a bit costly for the overall cost of the city and some staff, while very polite, were not as efficient as a5 star hotel should have. Nevertheless I fully recommend the hotel if you don’t mind spending some cash
