Receptionist very unprofessional, the room is not comfortable, smelly, the air conditioner is not cool, the bed and the pillow smell worse as it never been changed. Dust and spider web is on the lamp beside the bed. There is no toiletries, the worse experience as this is the first and the last and not going to share with friends and families.
ATThe first room that they gave us was smelly and there were cockroaches and a rathole in the bathroom. We asked for a new room and the staff was nice and gave us a larger room for the same price. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night because two drunken men were really noisy and rattle at our door. The thing was that there was a door that linked the our room and their room. It was closed but we still were shoked and we didn't knwo what their intention was, so left.
