Need to improve the Bathroom

The first impression itself was grand. Coordial and professional front desk staff. Though we booked a non-AC room online by mistake, we could easily upgrade it to an AC room with the help of the front desk staff. They were extremely helpful and wanted to ensure a great stay experience to us. The breakfast buffet mainly consisted of native style food. Tasted good, felt homely and healthy. The ground staff also were very pleasant and easy to deal with. The room was very neat, fresh bedding and towels. Altogether very pleasant stay. Would definitely choose to stay there again.

The bathroom could have been cleanlier though no complaints. If kept a little more neat, would definitely match the standards of the room they provided.

We had a pleasant stay. A lot of malls, shops, restaurants, St. Johns Hospital, clinics, and pharmacies are nearby.

Everything was fine except for the lack of non-vegetarian food and the cleanliness. Since we checked in late at night, we had to clean ourselves because the room and the curtains were covered in a lot of dust. Most of the rooms are not equipped with very good toilet seats, but they are ok. While some employees are not very good, the majority are very friendly. The reception needs to be reminded to provide free water and other amenities because they are not always provided on time. Everything went really well in the final days of my stay.
