Casa vacanze Mare Fuori

Very good location, 20 min from Cagliari, 30 min to some of the best beaches in Pula and Chia. Modern, clean property, big room, nice swimming pool and patio. There's also a supermarket nearby and some restaurants, and the closest beach is 10-15min walk or 5min by car. They give you an umbrella and a cooler and Tonino was very nice, provided a lot of recommendations.

We were charged 45 euros extra per night for the kid, even though we had booked a triple room. Would have loved to have a coffee machine in the room, but we have a kettle for tea though.

In Mare Fuori we felt like home - especially due to one of the best host experiences ever. Most of the things were as great as on pictures - nice location, swimming pool to cool down, quiet neighbourhood, easy check in, supermarket nearby, beach equipment, etc. The mattress on the bed was also great (we will be looking for the same one for ourselves now). But the hosts that were serving the breakfast in the morning and managing the place on site were the best - they were the most caring, nicest hosts I have ever met. It was more like a family we haven't seen for some time. Always helpful, told us a few things about the best places in the region, even provided home-grown tomatoes for the breakfast! The whole experience was so nice and relaxing - exactly what we needed during the vacation! What is more, there are lemon, orange, apple and plum trees growing next to the house, which makes it even more magical.

Maybe a minor thing - having some very basic kitchen utensils like cutting board and a knife to prepare some food for the beach would be an improvement. It was no problem when we asked for a plate and a knife however, so we were able to do that (cutting board would just make it a bit easier). But that's just a possible improvement, not something we didn't like. We liked basically everything!

Hospitality

The owners of Casa Vacanze Mare Fuori were welcoming and accommodating, which made our stay very enjoyable. The location was great for sightseeing in the southwest and easily accessible from the airport.

The property is situated in a quiet area close to the beach. It has a lovely pool where to relax. The hosts are really nice, they also provided us with great tips on where to go and gave us an umbrella and cooler with ice to take with us to the beach.

No drinking water cups ( so thirsty during the night ) , no toilet door , rushed at breakfast made me feel uncomfortable

This place is a 10/10! The property is clean, quiet. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. There were lots of toiletries available and a very good hair dryer. The pool/garden area was nice, clean, tidy and quiet; perfect to chill. Breakfast was varied and abundant, including tea, coffee, juices (not freshly squeezed), bread, butter, jams, yoghurt, cheese, ham, tomatoes, fruit, croissants, home made cake, muffins and more. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They had super nice detail with us, like lending us a parasol for the beach. The beach is 5 min walking from the property. There’s also a nearby supermarket and a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place to relax and disconnect.

You kinda need a car if you want to explore. Although there’s a bus stop near by, the buses are infrequent and unreliable. Even getting to Cagliari, which is a 15 min ride, can take ages and be stressful. However this isn’t really related to the property itself or the hosts.

Our room was perfect. Big enough. Big bed , lovely bathroom. Room was in very good condition like a new fresh and very very clean . So beautiful 😍 Bed very comfortable and big . TV and fridge were Extra bonus for us . Swimming pool so nice .Cleaned every day it was good option to spend lovely time when was very windy at the beach so we spend amazing relaxing time in the garden. Owner very nice friendly and kind . They makes for us every day delicious cappuccino 😉 and prepare breakfast. Breakfast was alright every day the same but ok . We spent amazing time there.fully recommended this lovely house 😍 AAA another good point is very close to market MD and bus stop next to shop ... And good restaurant LAltro Cielo where you can eat amazing pizza and another Italian tasty meal 👍🏻
