The reception staff (Natasha, Saloni, and Sumit)were always professional, pleasant and very helpful during our stay.

We had no hot water for a shower several mornings. The front desk sent someone to fix it very quickly. Food ordered from the menu usually took an hour to be brought to our table. The servers did their best to check on the status.

Rooms were small

While booking, I requested two rooms, as we were travelling as a family of four. The instruction I supplied was that if the connected rooms are not available, then at least try for rooms next to each other. When we reached there around 3 PM. Only one room was available, and for the second room, 15/20 minutes provided a second room. these rooms were not next to each other, what I felt was the staff was not considered on our request and in the night there were people next rooms where not good ones, till late night they were drinking in the rooms and were many very loud sounds and banging the room doors very loudly. we as a family did not feel safe that night. The hotel staff had control on which level and they could have offered rooms to us. but they choose not to. I don't think we will stay again in this hotel where they have a party culture and the hotel does not have any control over their guest behabiour.
