Fantastic home and Host have stayed multiple times

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. All of the rooms were spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Walking distance into Wellington and some lovely pubs and restaurants.

Spacious, plenty of bathrooms and good social space.

Property is a bit shabby in places and Kitchen could’ve been cleaner - oven had very dirty baking trays in it which had obviously been left by previous guests. Some glasses needed re-washing too. There was also only a one cup cafetière and no coffee machine which was disappointing for a property of this size.

Lots of space at this property. Rooms are large, great for a family gathering. Easy walking access to Wellington town centre and the train station.

The property is maintained to an average standard. We raised a few niggles (blocked sink, broken shower riser, broken blinds, awkward dishwasher) but our concerns were quickly dismissed. As others have noted, for larger groups there are not enough tables and chairs, or crockery and cutlery for more than one meal course. We used a couple of the desks, and the chairs, from the bedrooms which were very useful.

Have stayed with work a few times will definitely return!

Good size property, plenty of room for our family. Good location. Nice clean beds and linen. Good value for money.

House itself needs a thorough, deep clean. Quite a few light bulbs not working. A small amount of washing up liquid would have helped (don't really want to take this when you're staying one night) Toilet flushing wasn't perfect, maybe a water pressure problem? Soap in some of the bathrooms but not all.
