Best Western San Marcos

Breakfast was great and room was clean!

The bed was a bit hard and the tub was a bit slippery but nothing terrible.

Convenient location

The sheet on the bed was stained with what looked like feces. I didn't stay.

Friendly and helpful staff! Room was clean and beds were very comfortable!

Room was missing toilet paper and the roller, we were short a towel based on how many people I listed on reservation, ac unit was coming out of wall and I could see outside through the crack.

The location was great and the night manager that checked us in went above and beyond to help us.

There was a mouse/rat in the wall and all I head all night was it chewing on something. I didn’t get any sleep at all. Very disappointed and all I got when I told the front desk was we’re sorry. That was the worst amount of money I have spent on a hotel and we will not be revisiting again.

The room stunk and I told the manager and he didn’t care. He gave me an excuse that was not acceptable. I understand I chose this hotel due to lower cost, I was not expecting that much, but when the building is clean it doesn’t keep those kind of smells like a homeless facility and rotten food.

I like the staff, the breakfast I would like more option

The smell when going up stairs , it has weird smell that it wasn't pleasant at all. And the tv we couldn’t see any good movie it was more like tv shows, also my daughters wanted to go in the pool but it was so dirty
