Parking inconvenience. Unknowlagabel staff except John. AC inconsistent. Breakfast below par. No tv guide so couldn't figure channels or program selection.

The breakfast was great! My students had plenty of options to choose from. Loved the chocolate chips for the waffles. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful! The business center's printer was giving me a hard time so I asked the front desk if they could print it for me. The front desk helped me out and printed the paperwork that I needed.

The business center's computer was slow and the printer didn't work. It's an older computer and needs an update to a newer build. Technology is a hard thing to get right. I did end up getting help from the staff to print the papers I needed so this was only a small issue that didn't affect my stay.

The front desk was very helpful. The room was clean. I requested more towels and i received them quickly.

The building was a little old smelling.

The location was great near many restaurants, river and campus.

Our room was very dirty and had a certain smell. The bed was very uncomfortable.
