The entire villa is poorly maintained. The paint is peeling everywhere, and the bedroom doors don’t close properly, which allows insects to enter. The outdoor lounge area is completely unusable — the cushions are dirty, moldy, and faded, making it impossible to sit there at all. The chlorine level in the pool is extremely high and clearly not monitored. The sofa in the living room is dirty and unusable without laying down towels — which are already in short supply. There should be a washable cover on the sofa. The kitchen is in poor condition: the dishes were dirty upon arrival, and there is no proper storage system — everything is piled together. There were no napkins or kitchen towels provided, so we had to use toilet paper to wipe our hands and surfaces. The soap, shampoo, and shower gel are of extremely poor quality and unusable. In the showers, the water pressure is so weak that it’s not even possible to wash your hair.

Everything was better than expected.

The road to the villa is bad. But grab and gojek are no problem.

Amazing villa in Bali. I’ve been to Bali 6th times and I don’t feel creepy at all while shower or staying in this villa. All girls trip!! It’s beautiful

Beautiful, huge villa in complete privacy. It looks even better than on the pictures. It was my last night in Bali, i wish I could stay longer there. Special note for the villa manager who was very helpful and accomodating. Totally recommended.

Very large villa with excellent pool and great kitchen and shower amenities. Everything was very modern and beds super comfortable. The staff are very friendly and happy to help with anything. Daily clean and one of the best massages we ever had. (Robi) This place is ideal for a family or group of friends that want to relax and enjoy the peaceel and quiet while still being very close to all the shops and entertainment in the area.

It is a huge property and located in nice area. 3 big rooms, comfortable beds with each of it owns ensuite. The pool is big and the water temperature is perfect. There is an parking spot just before the first villa. 7/10 I would rate it.

Note. If you book local time the owner lives in France (time difference). He or she is the only one replying back on booking. We booked in the morning asked some questions about luggage drop off and motorbike rental nobody replied until hours later. Thank god the cleaner & villa manager (super lovely local) were at the villa or else we would be waiting outside waiting for reply back. In the sunken seating area there was an ant infestation. But that was directly taking care of. (see google review) The drainage could have be cleaned (see pic) There is construction going on next door till 19:00 or some times 20:00. The tv is too small for this big of a room. A little plants or art in the living room would the room feel more cosy. It's a bit dull. Grab has difficulties finding the address on the map.
