Nice, new and clean hotel room. Close to the beach and to the bus to Taormina. Everything you need. The bathroom door is by the way no (longer) see through, contrary to some reviews.

Our view was to a busy street and the first night it was loud but nothing dramatic.

I have very mixed feelings about this property. The location is good, being close to the Dalmazia bus stop, and it's only a short walk to the main road by the beach. It was also very clean, and the room was quite spacious.

Everything is done remotely - there is nobody onsite at any time. You are given an entry code which is supposed to work for all three of the doors. When I first arrived, the code had not been activated, but I was about ten minutes early, and a phone call resolved the matter. However, I went out later and when I returned, the code didn't work, and nobody answered the phone. I was stuck outside for quite a while before the matter was resolved, and the person on the chat wrote that they don't answer calls on that number, even though someone had done just that earlier in the day. Apart from this, the layout of the room might not suit some as there is a glass wall and door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. As I was travelling alone, it wasn't an issue, but I wouldn't have liked it if I was travelling with someone. Why designers think people don't want any privacy baffles me. I had to have a cold shower as there was no hot water.

Lack of things like olive oil or vine glasses. Parking is extremely difficult in this town, however we were able to park for free in October on Via Calcide Eubea.

It was really clean, the bed was comfy. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants and market. The kitchenette is really useful. It is perfect for a stress free vacation.

The WiFi signal was bad, I couldn't connect to it, the bathroom had a glass window and door that it doesn't give any intimacy since you can see everything inside the bathroom from the bedroom. You can get used to it eventually:), so it wasn't a really big deal for me.

Great position, the beach is a 2 minute walk and in my opinion it's the best position in Naxos. Looks like in the pictures and has all facilities described. I got it at a good price for 5 nights, totally worth it.

The check-in is kind of late although the host was nice and let us in 1 hour earlier. Wifi is present but not working most of the time.

Location is exceptional!

The bathroom has no window, isn’t private and is too close to the bed. The kitchenette wasn’t equipped with any bowls, plates or cutlery. It is clean and the balcony is pleasant. For me this is too overpriced for what it is.

The accommodation is located perfectly. You are staying in the heart of Giardini Naxos, 2 minutes from the beach/restaurants/market/pharmacy, 5 minutes from the bus station, but you are still in a quiet neighborhood. Our studio looked very good, it was spatious and modern. The bed is really comfortable.

I didn't like the lack of a wardrobe, instead of the kitchenette in the room I would have preferred to have a wardrobe. The apartament already has a kitchen, so there's no need for the kitchenette in the room. The password from the WiFi didn't work, so we had no internet. We had the first room after the entrance and it was quite noisy at night. We were awaken by other guests who came very late / early in the morning (5 AM) and the last night our door opened itself from the main entrance door that kept slicing because of the draught in the staircase (in summer, all the windows are open in the staircase). Every night the main entrance door made a very annoying sound because of the draught in the staircase (I guess the other rooms do not have the same problem).
