Cosy, nice family house with a kitchen. 2 bedrooms were comfy but the futon was a little hard on the third room. The washing machine was great with detergent for us to use. Hanging rack was available.

The house did have a few repairs needed, so it felt a little messy. But the host did have a note saying they were fixing the interior up. Stairs are quite small so you won't be able to bring big luggage upstairs. Location is a bit of a walk to Kyoto station (18 minutes) Kujo station is about 11 minutes.
