Clean, neat, proximity to ocean.

Unfortunately the booking upstairs in the same house could be heard like a pin drop. The rental unit we stayed in downstairs is not as practical as it would be as part of the same booking upstairs. It lacked privacy and I dont think people more private than us would feel comfortable. We just didn’t feel it was value for money and arguably 20% to 30% more than what we feel should have been paid when comparing to other west coast and southern cape units we have stayed in. Taking nothing away from the neatness, cleanliness and walking distance to the beach.
