Super nice location next to piazza San Carlo

The self check-in was easy to understand. Separate lounge area and comfortable sofa. Ample room for luggage and lots of hanging space. Large clothes rack for drying our washed clothes. Information on nearby sights, restaurants and supermarket was provided in a folder. We found the air conditioning too warm during the night and it wasn't possible to adjust. Lacked kitchen basics provided in other apartments like paper towels and clean dishcloth.

The location is quiet and well-situated, about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Just across a small alley, you'll find Piazza San Carlo and the Egyptian Museum. This is a renovated building with similar rental apartments on both sides. Although it is slightly more expensive, considering the host's hospitality, the internal layout, and the comfort level, I believe it is worth it. The apartment is maintained very clean, even in the details and corners. The host has placed diffusers in both the living room and bathroom, making the entire space smell pleasant. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room layout is well thought out, with ample space for wardrobes and luggage. The TV offers various streaming platforms such as Netflix and Disney+. The bathroom is small but optimally arranged. Overall, for travelers, the top priorities are safety, cleanliness, and location, and this place has it all. Highly recommended.

The following point is not related to the hosts but is based on Italian regulations: in Italian cities, Airbnb hosts require guests to upload a copy of their passport to report to the local police, which is said to be a regulation, and this can be quite annoying. Those who do not want to upload a copy should be aware of this.

Loved the location. Loved the modern apartment and the ease of communication with Barbara. She was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout which we appreciated.

Our stay was magnificent. First off, you will be staying in an architectural wonder: a series of beautiful, sleek and modern apartments in an upscaled historic building. This specific apartment has a balcony, it does not offer a lot of privacy but there don't seem to be many families/people around so you can definitely have some time to yourself out there. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the shower is spacious and the bathroom has everything you will need. The bed is very comfortable, the same goes for the pillows. We truly enjoyed our stay here, we are walkers but I had some leg pain one afternoon and the position is amazing to just hop quickly back up for a quick nap and start exploring again. There is a parking garage nearby for overnight parking.

I truly have nothing to say about this apartment, it was perfect just as it was.
