The apartment was so nice with a breathtaking view of lake maggiore, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ausblick und Wohnung waren super. Sehr komplett ausgestattet.

Leider war an 2 Abenden laute Musik aus einer Bar in Nähe lautstark bis 1 h in der Früh....und an einem Abend war eine Hochzeit im Hotel neben.

The view was breathtaking. Janitor and receptionists were very nice! The kitchen was fully equipped.

WiFi and electricity didn't work for roughly one day each. It was fixed immediately though.

Accomodations were clean and very nice and air conditioning worked well.

The printed instructions we received at checkin, explaining how to find the apartment (floor number, name of tenant on doorbell, whether the apartment was to the left or right or directly in front of us when we got off the elevator) were all incorrect. We checked every doorbell in the building to see if we could find the tenant name, but had to go back to the reception desk at the hotel where we picked up keys. Luckily someone was kind enough to walk with us over to the building and help us find the apartment. It was raining and delayed our checkin by at least 20 minutes. We were very unhappy at the start of our stay and I am not sure the message got back to the rental company that the instructions were incorrect and needed to be corrected.

Great location, fantastic view and overall great property. Well equipped kitchen.

The checkout was too early 10am.

Staff were super accommodating. The view is magnificent, the place is modern and clean

Everything was perfect although I didn't manage to make the wifi work from the apartment. It does work perfectly on the hotel grounds
