We are a family of two couples who chose Sugarwhite Suites in Emporio, Santorini for a very special occasion — one of us was celebrating a milestone birthday. What we experienced over three nights went so far beyond our expectations that we are still talking about it. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. Immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, with a gorgeous private pool that became our sanctuary after days exploring the island. The breakfast Sofia prepared each morning was delicious — fresh, homemade, and served with genuine love. The location in Emporio village is ideal — quiet, authentic, and wonderfully away from the tourist mayhem, yet perfectly placed for everything Santorini has to offer. But nothing — absolutely nothing — can prepare you for Sofia. Sofia arranged our car rental, booked our catamaran cruise, recommended the most wonderful restaurants, and gave us brilliant advice on exactly where to go and when — every single recommendation was perfect. She was always available on WhatsApp, responding instantly no matter what time we messaged. She arranged our airport transfers seamlessly. And then, for our birthday celebration, she went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She decorated the villa with such warmth and care, and baked a birthday cake that made the celebration truly unforgettable. It was the kind of gesture that comes not from a host doing their job, but from a genuinely beautiful human being who wanted to make someone feel special. 10/10 would be an understatement. A wonderful place and an exceptionally hospitable stay. Definitely the best place to stay for a few days in all of Santorini. Delicious breakfasts served by the private pool, exceptional hospitality – you feel like you're truly staying with family. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Truly TOP OF THE TOP place to stay in Santorini !!!!

Wir konnten uns jederzeit an die Hausdame wenden, auch wenn wir Empfehlungen auf der Insel benötigten. Eine kurze WhatsApp und sofort wurden zwei oder drei verschiedene Empfehlungen zurück geliefert. Die Empfehlungen waren immer Top und konnten ungeprüft genutzt werden. Wir suchten meist Restaurants abseits der Touristen und bekamen sehr authentische Empfehlungen zurück geliefert. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen innerhalb weniger Minuten gebracht, sobald wir es bestellten und war immer abwechslungsreich, es gab jeden Tag eine etwas andere Variation. Der Kontakt zur Hausdame war absolut nett und sie war immer für uns da, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder etwas benötigten. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Oltre che essere degli appartamenti confortevoli, e’ la host Sofia il vero valore aggiunto. Accogliente, gentile, calorosa e sempre disponibile. Senza di lei, questa vacanza non sarebbe stata la stessa cosa. Da aggiungere la colazione eccezionale

First of all, the host is one of the best I have ever met. She is so kind, she helped us with many tips for getting around the island, helped us set a boat tour and prepared a delicious breakfast every morning. The location is great, is far from the main touristic so you can peacefully rest and not be bothered by loud noises. The location is close to nice beaches. If we ever come back to Santorini we will definitely choose this place again.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Everything was perfect.
