It was clean, spacey and comfortable, and in a great neighborhood I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was near stores and the interstate for me to get back-and-forth to my grandmother‘s appointment and a very large walking shower for my grandmother was able to take a shower with her mobile shower chair that was a plus .
COWe had a pleasant stay at this place — it was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the coffee machine with capsules, a nice touch that made our mornings better. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a quick meal, the internet connection was reliable, and the bathrooms were spotless. Check-in was smooth; the host sent the access code right on time. Some reviews mention the neighborhood as being “unsafe” or “ugly,” but we didn’t find it problematic at all. It felt like a typical American neighborhood. In any case, it’s not really a place where you’d go out walking around much. It’s close to Raymond James Stadium and has easy access to major highways. We’d definitely book again. While the price felt a bit high, overall we had a good time and enjoyed a pleasant stay.

USThe inside of the house was beautiful!
The neighborhood that the house was in was horrible. There was also an adjoining house in the back that we were unaware of before booking. The guests that stayed at that house had to share a driveway with us and walk through our yard to leave. When the guests behind us checked out, the cleaners came and parked in our parking spot several times which left us to park on the street.

USThe location was great, the host was kind and allowed us to stay until the heavy rain let up on check-out, the rooms were clean and comfortable, a decent neighborhood that felt safe, had linen, outdoor seating, washer/dryer was convenient with soap powder available, easy driveway parking for 1, basic home necessities available on arrival. Overall, location and price were probably my favorite parts.
Although the home was clean and comfortable, it needs maintenance. Gaps around the front and back door, not properly sealed. Wall paint and tub chipping. Needs living room, kitchen chair upholstery deep cleaning. There are no TVs in every room. Ants in the master bathroom only. Host communicated minimally through booking.com but eventually responded.
USThe property was clean, well decorated and had everything you needed for a family trip. The beds were really comfortable.
The area the house is located at seemed to be in a more rougher side of town in Tampa.
