Good location - all rooms as described and clean

Communication was incredibly poor. Only received how to get our keys within half an hour of the time of arrival which included going to a petrol station another 10 minutes in the wrong direction to the property. Host is yet to reply to an urgent message regarding lost property on the day of our check out - 4 days and still waiting.

It was easy but a good walk to the pickup point which was not stated on booking information, that you never see host at all you have to go to another place to collect and drop off keys in the rain not great had we have know the prior would not have booked

Lovely apartment. Great location for a concert near by. We enjoyed our stay & would stay again. It's was comfortable & spacious for the 4 of us.

Key fob doesn’t work to get into property. So had to wake up people who live in the block. Not ideal

Location was excellent. Rooms were clean Local shops nearby

Smoke smell unbearable for my children Sofa bed was broken the curtains rail wasn't put up properly one of the heaters wasn't working which made the frontroom cold for the kids.. only 4 cups for a family of 6 Sheets could of been ironed which would of made it feels more homely . Couldn't find outside bin. Communication very poor.. Pots were very dirty...

there was no welcome pack to explain how the heating works in the flat so had to figure it out. Would have been nice to have had a bottle or two of water as we arrived really late .
