Acar Airport Hotel Plus

Good location near the airport for a reasonable price. Nice breakfast. It is also possible to arrange the transfer to and from the airport.

The room is relatively small. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. It was a bit cold at night and there is a lot of noise from the planes flying nearby. The noise didn't bother mepersonally, but light sleepers are advised to bring thei ear plugs.

The experience from the reception and the lack of preparation for our stay. We paid 38 € for the shuttle bus that was not at a time when we needed to go to the airport. The receptionist's attitude was so horrible that there were no words to describe it. I really don't recommend staying here if you want to have a piece of mind.

This was a terrible experience. The hotel situated in area where many different similar hotels helping travellers find a room for one night near the airport. I booked a room in advance. When arrived in this hotel it was overbooked and they offered me to check-in in the cheaper hotel from the opposite site of the road. But for the same price I already payed. Because this is their profit by default. I haven’t had any other choice because my flight will be in 6-7 hours. I simply want to sleep. Anyway, in the new hotel they told me that there is no prepared rooms available and we need to wait when someone from another hotel will come and clean the room for me. Because I payed them and they need to perform a job. The room service lady was busy with something else. All in all in lobby I spend 2 hours waiting for a check-in. When finally I managed to get a keys from my number it was 4 hours prior to my next flight. I would not recommend you to waist your time in this hotel. it’s way better to pay a bit extra but get proper service and rest well before the next flight. Especially taking into consideration enormous amount of competitors hotels in this area with the similar price level. Both of those hotels belong to one company. And it seems that this is their cheating scheme. You pay for better hotel, they’ll put you in the cheapest one. Don’t expect an excuse or refunding. They will cheat you. this was the worst experience in my life with hotels. And I’m travelling intensely around the globe (1-2 times a month).

The room was big and clean. Very comfortable and had all the amenities. The breakfast was well prepared by the staff.

The location, it was 12-15 mins drive away from the airport. there are 2 hotels across a busy road with almost same management but they dont have integrated check in. i had to check in twice as my room was changed. there is no lift to upper floor and the stairs are outside the building. it was raining and we reached close to midnight, it wasnt something we were prepared for.

The Hotel is in a good location for flights out of Istanbul Airport.

I had a room on the 5th floor and it seemed like the aeroplanes were landing right on top of us.
