They over charge me on my credit card. I paid cash and card I paid R7437 Paid cash R4911 They deducted on the 20 December 2024 I got the credit card payment and cash payment invoice signed Please refund my money

Bed was hard Pillows were hard Towel are washed and hung over the wall to dry I front of the entering the front gate. The tv cable was connect to 3 other flats that were fighting to watch the program they wanted. It was a nightmare The shower was leading and the water was flowing into the bedroom They are not willing to fix it. You can complain but they always have an excuse.

The location close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. The space in the units was excellent with basic necessities for self catering. The area is safe and peaceful. The host Olga was pleasant to deal with.

Nothing really coz the little things I didn't like are not enough to make me bash this place. I will come back for an even longer period

Big apartment with all the necessary facilities. Big balcony and the beach is very close.

Huge noice from the airplanes ( specially when take off). The sound is do strong that it shakes the windows. The furniture is a bit old.

The apartment was dirty, kitchen cabinets have not been cleaned for years. We booked the apartment for 4 people and were provided with 3 forks, 3 knives, 4 spoons, 2 glasses, 2 cups. The sheets were full of stains. Some guests were shooting fireworks from a balkony close to ours.

We booked this last minute due to our flight being cancelled, we didn't have much choice of places. I can understand places getting old and a bit tired, I can accept that but this place was dirty and smelly. There is no excuse for not being clean. The bathrooms were dirty, there was hair in the shower, kitchen worktops sticky, bathrooms smelt damp and nasty. The sheets had stains and smelt fusty, I darent look under the sheet. Windows were dirty, Plugs didn't work, wires hanging out of the walls. Thank goodness we were only there briefly waiting for our flight, if it was my holiday place I would have been so upset.

Great location 1 minute walk from Blue Bay beach. Underground parking. 2 good restaurants 3 minutes walk away

The kitchen is tired and without the basic utensils and makes it inadequate to cook in. The bedrooms could do with bedside tables and lamps and a chest of drawers for clothes.
