Loved the room, very comfortable.

Reception staff were extremely rude upon check in when we didn't have our physical passport with us. As we live in Goa we don't travel with a passport, just have a soft copy of IDs on the phone, and they basically said we couldn't check in without the physical copy. So much attitude.
