Notting Hill Guest Flat

Great location. Right on Shepherd's Bush Green near the bus stop to go up to Hammersmith Hospital. Very close to a Sainsbury's and of course Westfield Shopping Centre. Comfortable bed. Great shower.

I'm in good shape, but some people might have difficulty with that many steps with lots of luggage. The rod fixture in the shower needs a little attention.

Notting Hill Guest Flat offers a superb location for a London visit, conveniently situated near the underground station for easy access to the city's attractions.

We were three adults travelling to London and this space was great for us. One in our party was attending an event at the Olympia and this is a short walk away. The flat is conveniently located near two tube stations, making it easy to explore London. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Wifi was fast for working at the dining room table. The host is very responsive. Great shopping options (grocery, drug store, and more) nearby.

The walls and windows are very thin, making the flat quite noisy — I recommend bringing earplugs. The sofa is uncomfortable and the dining table is a bit challenging to navigate getting in and out of. The router was unplugged upon arrival, although we had no issues with the wifi after plugging it in. There was an insufficient amount of toilet paper provided, and by the time this was rectified, we had already bought some. On the day we left, the ceiling was leaking in the bedroom, hopefully this will be sorted out soon.

in general all was perfect, and in some cases above and beyond what one would expect. One observation only: I see no reason why the internet line should be blocking adult content, even on my mobile! That's why it is called adult content. When it's adults, they don't need to be "protected" from that content. If there is a valid reason, my recommendation would be to say so explicitly on the ad.

The location is very good . We’ll go to kidszania . it’s 8 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. The side Road can park from 10:00pm-9:00am .

The windows are not sealed well enough and there is a lot of noise from the street. No hair dryer.

Great value for money. Excellent location near Multiple transit options, food, and shopping at Westfield.

No microwave (I didn't look closely at the inclusion list). Lots of narrow stairs to navigate bags up. The door to the hallway in the bedroom had a lot of gaps (I used a towel to reduce the gaps in the jamb and underneath)

The flat felt homely, was well arranged and tidy. We loved the bathroom the most with the clean tiles, large shower and white shiny surfaces. The sofa in the living room was comfy and the bedroom had a nice relaxed feel.

The cracks in the walls in the bedroom could be fixed, it only slightly brought down the overall mood of the apartment.

The property was easy to find and very close to 02 shepards bush which we were going to a concert nearby

We did not receive a check in message pre arrival however when I messages to ask for code to lockbox was replied to promptly.
