La proximité avec la gare de Séoul c’est très pratique pour prendre le train. Le personnel est réactif par message pour indiquer comment entrer dans la chambre.

서울역 주변에 입지하고 여러 명이 잘 수 있다는 점

화장실이 너무 구식이라 청소하고 유쾌하게 사용하기는 어렵네요. 그 외에 메시지로 방을 두 번 알려주셨는데 그게 서로 상이한 곳이어서 어느 곳이 맞는 방인지 헷갈려서 당황했습니다.

ソウル駅からすぐで、ロッテマートが目の前なので買い物にとても便利でした😊4人で滞在しましたが、ベッドが4台ありゆっくりと過ごせました！大きめの冷蔵庫があり、食材や飲み物を保管できてよかったです🍽️

お部屋の臭いが気になりました🥲下水の様な臭いで、途中で芳香剤を買いました😅シャワールームを確認すると小蝿がいて驚きました､､､駆除してからは出てこなくなったので良かったですが、お風呂場トイレは清潔ではありませんでした。

1/5; would not recommend. Check-in: The apartment block was easy to find, but locating the actual door was harder due to misinformation from the owner. The keypad is a black touch panel that has to be tapped first to activate, which is confusing because other doors in the building use keypads with physical knobs. The instructions said to enter the code plus room number, but left out that you have to finish with a *. It took us around two hours and several exchanges with the owner before we got inside. Instructions inside were also insufficient. Turning on the hot water was not properly explained; we had to contact the owner and figure it out ourselves. Be careful: you can accidentally switch on the floor heating with it; only turn on the hot water. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. Cupboards either contained the previous occupants' belongings (kids' shoes, old slippers, used footwear, with a noticeable odor) or were empty and coated in dust. The fridge had a thick layer of dust on top. Kitchen dishes were wet and not properly cleaned. Windows were not cleaned at all. Beds had blankets but no fitted sheets, so you sleep either on the bare mattress or on a blanket. The upper floor (no standing height) is just two mattresses on the floor. Towels were the size of face towels, not bath towels; the owner said this is standard in South Korea, which does not match our experience elsewhere in the country. The washing machine is very old and we were not confident using it. The AC works but not well. We did not test the TV. The owner does respond quickly (within about 30 minutes), which is the one positive. Fine as a cheap one-night stop before moving on; not the right choice for a clean or longer stay.

De locatie is perfect, makkelijk bij het station. Fijn dat er douchegel en slippers aanwezig zijn waar we gebruik van konden makem. Er is een wasmachine die er netjes uitzag voor gebruik.

De badkamer tegels mogen schoner en de gordijnen in de woonkamer ontbreken. We waren allemaal heel vroeg wakker door de vroege zonsopkomst.
