Este o locație de poveste cu o priveliște minunată și foarte curată , personalul a fost foarte amabil . Cu siguranța vom reveni ! 🤩🤩

We have initially booked 7 nights at this location. We have only stayed 1 night because this experience was a total nightmare. The owner’s behavious was agressive, rude and threatening, completely unacceptable for anyone in the hospitality industry. One of the bedrooms had no curtains and the city lights shone directly onto the bed all night. We sent several messages and called the owner with no response until next day around noon. When he finally picked up he said someone will come to fix it but surprise, by late afternoon, no one ever came. When we called him again trying to get an update, he started since the moment he picked up to scream at us, shouting :” Who do you think you are to bother me with this? I am a busy man” and “I do what I want in my apartment”. He was menacing and very violent in tone, he said we should leave and he will give us the money back and if we do not leave immediately he will call the police because he has no need of our complaints. We have left immediately the apartment because we frlt unsafe, under a huge amount of stress and deeply uncomfortable, not because of the curtain lack, but because of his abusive and intimidating behaviour. We had to book another stay for the 6 remaining nights in last minute at a great cost. After we left he called to mock us and refused to refund us the money he had promised, laughing at us and asking why are we leaving because of a curtain… We have never been refunded by him and now we are trying and exchanging with Booking to solve the problem and see our money back. We remain hopeful that Booking will do the right thing.
