L'hôtel est une bulle hors du temps, rempli du charme des anciennes belles demeures. Le personnel est aimable et accueillant et l'ambience du petit-déjeuner était simplement magique car agrémenté d'une pianiste live ! Certains n'apprécieront peut-être pas son aspect désuet mais c'est justement ce qui fait son charme et sa valeur, car on se sent vraiment déconnecté dans cet endroit, surtout si l'on arrive du tumulte de Turin.
