Budgetel Inn and Suites

Smell like smoke at first put me in my husband in a room with twin size bed worker was telling us he only be there for 10 more minutes we reserved a standard room with 1 king size bed and went to get it changed and it would have been on top floor had no elevator and couldn't climb stairs with having a fractured ankle

I still haven't received my deposit yet From the first time

I was unable to check in I did not have the 60 dollar for the deposit but the room was paid for I would like to have the money returned or have the date moved

NEVER AGAIN. This place was absolutely terrible. There's obviously fake reviews trying to make it look better than it is. There's no way this is almost a seven star property. My clothes wreaked of smoke, there were roaches. It was unsafe and behind Gates it was that unsafe. The property was really poorly maintained and I could never get anybody at the office. I've called them no less than six times and they're never at the office. Absolutely terrible!

Very dirty and pictures did not match and they took a deposit from you knowing the place looks horrible and roaches everywhere!
