A big room and comfortable bed. Having a fridge was very handy. Only a short walk to Tangalle beach

Which day I go to the room. It was too bad smell from the room and every day is like this. I told them to change the room they don’t change and the charge me extra money the charge extra money. In the air condition also not good it’s too hot. I have baby with me even they don’t clean the room. They must clean every day but they don’t clean.

And the one more things I don’t know one of the manager of the Hotel 🙄 is disturbing me many times and did they say I have to change the room because they give my room to the another client and then I say okay it’s okay I can change because of them day they 14 you can change the room and you come back again 15 I have checkout so I say okay I’m gonna stay there until I check out they say okay then after they say oh you can change the room again next day they 13 they take me to another room and they 14 they says you have to change again. I have baby. I have a lot of things and they are just like a they’re rude with me and they take extra money from me 15,000 Sri Lankan rupees this is my first time happening like this

Stayed in this hotel for two nights with my parents during the Sinhala and Tamil New Year period and it was the best and most peaceful getaway I could have asked for because everything from staff to facilities, met our expectations. The room, pool and surroundings were well kept and the staff went above and beyond in attending to our needs and were super approachable at all times.

As a constructive criticism, the road to the detached villas could be better illuminated during the night since the ambience can be a bit unwelcoming, but that being said, one does get accustomed to the navigation after a little while. The check-in process can be smoother as a considerable wait time was needed till they got the rooms ready and similarly, more focus should be paid on amenities as only the bare minimum was available.

The bedding arrangements are not suitable for four adults. Made rather for three adults.

Echt prachtig heel groot veel ruimte, dichtbij zwembad maar ook het strand! Een hondje van het strand was ons gevolgd en verbleef de hele periode bij ons hotel, mega lief dat het personeel dit toeliet! Het hondje was heel netjes en aardig, maar ook het personeel behandelde het hondje met respect! Zou hier zeker naar terug komen, Geweldige tijd hier gehad

de Wifi wat was minder, maar gelukkig wel op andere plekken

I enjoyed my stay here on the whole. The room was great and had plenty of character, fitting perfectly with the local surroundings and atmosphere. One of the unexpected highlights was sitting back and watching the monkeys enthusiastically raiding the mango trees—it provided endless entertainment! The location is excellent. The beach is only a two-minute walk away, and the town centre is close enough that I could easily explore on foot, making it a very convenient base for seeing the area. Despite the occasional service delays, I would still recommend staying here, especially for travellers who want a comfortable, character-filled place that’s close to both the beach and the town’s attractions.

The main downside was that room service was hit and miss. On one occasion my included breakfast didn’t arrive until around 4pm following multiple reminders. It was particularly frustrating as I was sick with a virus and was reliant on it. However, the staff made up for this in other ways during my stay, and it I believe it was a matter of being understaffed with younger people in the off season more than anything else.
