Queens Mount Tri Villas

Spacious room for the family with one kid, i like the bathroom. The pool was clean, water warm. The do roomservice as you like, to change the sheets and towels. They constantly ask if everything is alright.

The single bed has no moskito net and when we asked for one - it was for baby bed, so too small. It should be changed, thats all 🙂 main door and terrace door have some spaces so be prepared for gekons inside the room - no bother for us, but maybe some would like to know. Be careful with the food, so ants are coming as well. The pool terrace needs the renovation - some tiles are broken and you have to be careful not to cut yourself in the water.

They have separately built small chalets which is suitable for two/three pax. The facility was clean & very well arranged. They have a small pool but clean. The surrounding was very calm & peaceful, was ideal for us for the getaway we wanted. This is located in heart of the city making it easy to travel to travel attractions like, kayaking at Rekawa, Wawurukannala temple, blue beach island etc. Loved our stay.

A true hidden gem of a property. We decided to give this place a try. Surrounded by greenery and nature it's a true gem of a hideout - within walking distance from the CITY!! Truly incredible. Very welcoming and warm staff. Available anytime, just a phone call/wave away. Starting from our booking to checking in and checking out, the whole process was seamless. The villa side has three villas with its absolutely romantic atmosphere, it is also absolutely wonderful for a family holiday. Food - Fantastic. Generous Portions and Delicious! Beach - a quick 2 mins walk down a private path leads you right upto a beautiful beach. Cleanliness and Hygiene - Spot On! Overall Experience was REMARKABLE!

Myself & my boyfriend stayed here last week for 3 nights. We were very excited about our stay as we are currently backpacking & we were looking forward to a luxury looking hotel. Although our room was was a great price & lovely , for the most part, it wasn’t amazing. The four poster bed with the LED lights under was of course great. However, there were two stained sofas next to the bed that looked very out of place, as if they had just been left there as storage. The room had a lot of ants in it to the point that I found several on our bed daily. The two chairs on our patio area were both broken. The bathroom is quite dated and didn’t match the rest of room. The bathroom had 2 shower heads but neither of them got particularly warm at all, luke warm at the most. The pool wasn’t very clean and it appeared the filter wasn’t working. Most of the sockets in the room didn’t work or if they did, you had to plug something in about five times for it to work. Finally, on our 2nd day there was a power cut from 9am-5pm due to maintenance that they had to do. I understand that power needs to be turned off every now and again for things but for the entire day, we had no air con at all in 35 degree heat! On a positive, the hotel was fairly cheap and the staff were very helpful & polite & at the end we were given a very cute elephant keyring which was very kind. Overall the hotel was ok but not what we were expecting.

Personal at reception welcoming and available, room had space and quite close to center/beach.

We stayed only 1 night from 20 to 5 am, probably during the day you can appreciate bit more but: - Location not well indicated: search for Anama, the check-in is there - We did not find any wifi in the room - When we came back from dinner, we found a lot of bugs & ants. Floor was also dusty. - Entrance door couldn’t be locked properly, with a gentle push everybody could enter - AC was working on its own, we changed mode/Temp but it was not responsive - No possibility to choose hot/cold water in the shower, it came out slightly warm

Location good and staff lovely and helpful.

Room photo’s definitely catfish you. Not clean, furniture different, pool murky, didn’t feel particularly comfortable walking down the dark pathway to our room. It’s not as pictured or described and definitely needs work.

Beautiful room and environment, close to the beach, nice swimming pool. Love it
