Very well maintained site. Accommodation was very clean. Great on site Fish & chip shop and bar.

Two night mini break in a static with kids. Spotless, great location, good facilities, smooth check in / out.

Located only 10 mins drive from Filey beach which was lovely. Caravan was mainly clean except a couple of insects we found. Reception staff lady was nice upon check-in.

- Television had Roku apps such as Netflix, Prime, etc, but did not have internet or wifi connection so were unusable. Freeview also didn’t work. DVD player also didn’t work, so even though we brought DVDs with us, we couldn’t not watch TV. - we knew towels and bedding wouldn’t be provided as is the same with most caravans… but to not even provide a single toilet roll in either bathroom, no soap, no dish soap, no nothing. Shocking - master bathroom was falling apart. Toilet roll holder and towel holder had fallen off the walls and were balancing on screws to look as if they were still on the walls. - dirty cutlery in kitchen drawer - they leave you a phone number to ring when you need help, but nobody answered in the afternoon, evening, or following morning. Unsure what hours the phone is actually answered - was told that the master bed was a double, so we brought our double fitted sheets with us… these were miles away from fitting. Make sure to bring your king size sheets no matter what the description says

The location is fantastic! We found incredible walking paths and had a wonderful time on foot, wandering the coast line. We enjoyed the bar, great layout and very welcoming.

Location good, it’s very quiet, not really much in way of facilites

Very uncomfortable 2 ft 6 in beds, using soup bowl for morning cereal 🤦‍♀️very basic appliances for what you pay. Yes, I was let down very last minute by Airbnb host cancelling. Would not have paid this much and then have to literally bring everything with you. Stayed in lodges cheaper than this a night with everything included, couldn’t even find a hair dryer.

Caravan lovely and modern but cramped for space in bedrooms, especially twin one. Well equipped but only small frypan . Would have preferred large one for cooking for family. Had to use big saucepan.. Beds very comfortable..

No sheets provided unlike other caravan sites we have used eg park Dean, hoseasons. Had to rush out to dunelm to buy bedding. This was at a cost of nearly £50 .
