Elegant Sunlit Home with Private Rooftop Oasis

Das Haus ist supersüß und gemütlich und liegt toll in einer hübschen Siedlung neben einem asiatischen und italienischen Restaurant. Gegenüber gibt es Lime-Bikes zum Verleih. Man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause.

Wer es vom Styling clean und sauber haben will, muss Abstriche machen. Auch auf der Dachterrasse war es nicht so aufgeräumt und sauber wie auf den Bildern. Aber bei uns war das Wetter auch zwischendurch gewittrig.

Very nice and cozy, the parking spot was very convenient right out back, the rooftop deck also very cozy, and you can walk to great restaurants close by and Daniella’s deli across the street is excellent for breakfast, we also walked to Allora’s Italian restaurant which was excellent as well.

The shower head pressure on first floor bedroom wasn’t great and shower head on top floor bathroom I would change the shower arm that extends from the wall for rain showers so the water won’t leak out lol and some of the blinds not so easy to open and close but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!! The place was lovely and was very comfortable. The location was great for where we wanted to tour since 3 of us hadn't been to the city before. It was also pleasant for a nice evening in as we sat around and relaxed with some cocktails and desserts.

The parking was a bit tight - I acknowledge we had an F-350 and it's downtown Charleston. The street parking wasn't as plentiful as hoped either as a secondary option. The branches on the tree above the outdoor area need to be trimmed. It was so low we weren't able to really enjoy the area or the view. Also, there were massive spiders with their spider webs that came out at night. Lastly, the street noise was almost like we had the windows open. Yes, the owner provided earplugs and white noise machines, but we were still woken up.

Absolutely perfect! Charming Charleston with tremendous character and amazing location central to everything.

Good location. The rooftop is a big plus. Parking available in front of the house. Great communication with host.

Loud corner due to traffic. Maybe upgraded windows would help.

The rooftop area and all of the natural lighting!! The place was so clean and the beds were so comfortable!

I did not realize there would be so many stairs!! I would not recommend for someone that is wheelchair bound or someone that cannot get around easily
