Great hotel. Kind staff.

Location

Front desk people could use a refresher on how to be more courteous. You never know what brings a person to your property. Kindness is way better! Someone may be escaping abuse.... you never know. Things have changed since I stayed the last time. Tiny room, same price as the suite... stinky unalived animal smell through out the air vents... I called the front desk, and she just said she would let maintenance know in the morning so I had to smell it all night. It was disgusting. I love this property, but you guys are gonna have to do way better!

Location and room size

The room was clean and quiet. It's still fairly new, and the property is in great shape.

This hotel has everything you need for a great stay. I would recommend the breakfast get a little upgrade, such as waffles, dairy products, and keep your eggs warmer.

I am never disappointed by the hospitality I receive in Oklahoma. This hotel lived up to that reputation. Additionally, it was clean, quiet and well-kept. I will stay there again!

The hotel was nice and staff was really nice but the bed wqs horrible. Would have been just as soft to sleep on the floor.

They informed me there was no early check in available and to come in at 3pm. I arrived at 3pm and was told it would be 15 more minutes. I came back at 3:30pm with my 3 children and was told it would be another 10 minutes. I watched multiple other families check in and get access to their rooms immediately. I messaged Expedia for help and had an agent call to ask about my room. The agent was told it would be a few more minutes. By 4:45pm I was fed up, my children were crying, and went to the desk again to ask if my room was ready. The woman informed me my room was ready the whole time and she didn’t know why they made me wait.
