Ananti at Busan Village

View was nice , spacious. Expensive for what we got.

Beds were not comfortable and we were having trouble with conversing with staff to ask for things like extra pillows which we were told that they didn't have any. No tv. Could have a few international outlets.

It was a cosy village with little shops and the room is awesome, it felt like a home!

It was excellent choice to stay in Ananti at Busan Village. The room was spacious for 4 of us and it was convenient to have separate toilet and bathroom. The ocean view was great with both sunset and sunrise. It had premium quality of bedding with goose down and we all slept very well.

This was a very disappointing stay from the start. It’s a very sterile and not very welcoming and warm experience for a 5 star hotel. First of all the pictures on booking.com are very misleading. You do not get access to the beautiful pool in the picture you have to pay extra. And even though you get a 50% discount we paid £100 for 4 hours to use it! When I pointed out to the staff that it was misleading at the beginning they admitted that other customers had raised this but they didn’t seem to care at all and just repeated the policy to me. No effort to rectify the situation or make me feel better. Also be aware there is no gym! In a 5 star hotel! That’s a first for me. Another disappointment is the price l of the food. I Stay in a lot of hotels and being asked to pay £170 for a buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids seems fairly extortionate to me. Also this hotel is not very foreigner friendly-the map with all the details they give you is only in Korean. The cleaner tried to come into our room at 930 in the morning. I found it very hard to relax in this place - everything had to be booked. Even the Pool that was free. Huge disappointment for what was supposed to be a relaxing 3 days with my family. I won’t ever be returning.

Really lovely duplex rooms! Beautiful grounds and shops. The pool was lovely, water was slightly too warm at times. The pool slot times meant that it was never overcrowded and always clean. We never had to have a mad dash for sun loungers. Food at the restaurants was delicious. Staff were very nice.

Queued at check in for quite some time. No help with taking bags to the rooms. The staff were kind, however communication in English was sometimes difficult. However, as they always tried and everything was always delivered with a smile, it was never a major issue. The hotel is in quite a remote location with only a few attractions around. My biggest dislike though: you have to pay to use pools at Spring Palace and this is not made clear on booking and the photos used on website searches are Spring Palace NOT the pool that comes as complimentary. That is very misleading to the consumer and I don’t like marketing tactics like that.
