BB Cesarò Mariolo house

Property location convenient as close to public transport. Owner was very helpful and accompanied us to Catania as on the day of our departure there were no trains or buses working. After dropping us off at our hotel in Catania he made sure we were safe and sent us a message later to check on us.

It was cold in the room and AC was not functioning. Lighting was poor. B'fast consisted merely of a coffee pod & a plastic cup.

Great location with nice view from the adjacent terrace. Hostess (I’m sorry but I have forgotten your name) was exceptionally helpful. As I am traveling without a car she drove me to her son’s Agro tourism restaurant where I had an exceptional meal and service. Highly recommend it! Despite our language barrier we managed to communicate well. I highly recommend staying here.

This was not a problem for me but the spiral stairs leading to the rooms could be challenging for those with mobility issues. Wifi is very weak and cuts out in the room.

Early check in..

The B&B is located walking distance from the small centre of Cesaro and offers you scenic views on the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and the room was really clean. Mariolo, the host, is adorable and helped me through transportation etc. He also runs a tour agency with expeditions in the mountains. Would recommend if you are in the area !

The only downside is that there’s no kitchen (nor kettle, just a coffee machine) in which you could cook or just heat sth up. The wifi signal is too weak in the bedroom itself.
